If you can't come to Mistress, perhaps She can come to you. If Mistress is flying somewhere specifically to see you (and only to see you,) expect to cover airfare and hotel costs (usually one night.) Some trips will be scheduled ahead of time and posted here, generally when there are a few submissives in the same area. Call or e-mail to sort out the details.
